Is there some ethical way of stuffing something in Richard Mourdock's mouth to get him to shut the f*ck up? That man is Barak Obama's October surprise.

I'm a firm believer in giving people with odious views all the microphone cable that they want, with which to hang themselves.

He'll shut up, after he loses the election.

Otherwise, we'll be treated to 6 years of this crap.

Every unfortunate act is not God trying to throw a challenge at you to persevere through, it may have been born out of the wanting to feel that God is in control of the circumstance, and, that evil wasn't necessarily the challenge so much as it is the way it compromises your faith because faith uber alis.

It is unfortunate, and we need to call Christians out for this ridiculous theological stance. Especially the Mike Huckabee types who defend them. You have an old testament, too, to account for.

If he does end up losing the election, though, then there is a good chance that Fox News will pick him up.

There is no ethical way to shut him up. Free speech applies to people with offensiv eopinions too. What we can do is voice our strong idsagreemetn and, for those living in Indina, vote against him.

I believe banning adoption would do damage to Republican morale.

And that should give you pause when considering whom to give your vote to next month.

nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the american public, or at least certain states of the american public- for example, that "legitimate rape" guy in missouri is leading there in many of the most recent state polls. i suspect a plurality of "salt of the earth" indiana state voters will enable this mourdock fella to win also. americans seem to be in an especially mean mood and ready to vote for anybody who promises to smite their enemies even if their enemies just happen to be [merely] singles or minorities or just live on the "wrong side of the tracks."

I am a Hoosier and am appalled by the comments of Richard Mourdock. He is one of the worst senatorial candidates we have ever had. Many of us in Hoosierland are angry about his comments. I would rather vote for my hamster than this twit.

Mourdock is the Republican candidate for one of Indiana's Senate seats. He defeated Richard Lugar in the primaries. His opponent is Joe Donnelly (D). In a recent senatorial debate Mourdock stated that if a rape victim became pregnant from the rape then God ordained it to happen. Even Mitt Romney distanced himself from the man.

I surely will not vote for the evil spirit son of Saul Alinsky.

Obama promised hope and change. I hope the person who is president on Nov 7 is changed from the one who is president now.
