I have a proposal. We establish a one day a year to humiliate and despise the people who govern us. People from all three branches of government, especially the executive and legislative. A condition for holding office is this: On this designated day of hatred and humiliation our governor's (rulers?) stand before us naked and we get to throw sh*t and mud at them. Nothing sharp or hard now, just stuff that is brown sticky and smelly. At the end of the day our rulers will be required to admit that all the hatred and scorn heaped upon them is just and deserved....

I'm not sure about the naked part, there's a lot of politicians I don't want to see naked. I'd like to see them be prisoners for a day though.

Isn't your idea what people do throughout the year? Like the second post says, just turn on Fox News, you will see all sorts of excrement getting thrown at Obama's face.

Most judges (not all) are reasonably just people. The judicial branch is the part of government that tends (again not always) to inhibit the worst aspects of government.
