Just a question I like to ask people, why are humans on the planet? Is there a reason?
We are here because the universe has forces like the strong force that keeps the nucleous of atoms together, the electromagnetic force that enables atoms to form molecules and gravity that makes it possible for objects with energy to form gravitational wells that makes them attract each other. This resulted in the formation of the Sun 5 billion years ago, which creates light by fusing hydrogen together into heavier elements and releases photons in the process because the Sun has so much hydrogen that the hydrogens fuse together because of probability and not because the Sun is hot enough for such a process to take place. Earth was formed 4,5 billion years ago in a distance from the Sun that is ideal for the existence of liquid water, life emerged for some reason 3,8 billion years ago in the form of single celled organisms, many of which evolved into plantcells capable of performing photosynthesis, which released big amounts of oxygen, which was taken of by all the free iron in the ground until approx. 542 million years ago...yadda, yadda, yadda... which resultet in the extinction of the neandertals so we humans got this planet for ourselves and is why we have spent the last 10 000 years as the only rase of humans on this planet with killing eachother, even though the meaning of our existence is to try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.
Or, to put it simply, 42.
