Drakes new music video makes whites look like scumbags

I am a big fan of music artist Drake. I heard his new song " hold on we're going home" on the radio yesterday, and thought I would check it out on YouTube.
The bad news is I'm very disappointed with drake and whoever directed this video. In drakes clique he had 2 black men, 1 Italian man, and 1 white man. Note: this music video is taking place in Miami in the early 80s when the drug trade was big.
Anyway, after watching the video I've came to the conclusion that the video was meant to show white people in a negative light.
@ 2:12 in the video the white guy is scared because he knows that he is working with the other gang against drake.
@3:17-3:27 the white guy is shown hiding in the room at drakes house talking on the phone working with the mafia men that kidnapped drakes woman before the black man opens the door.
@3:56 there's the evil white man stare to the kidnapped woman
@3:58-4:08 the black man that caught the only white man in drakes clique on the phone in the room earlier in the video tells drake that the white man is ratting against drake.
@4:42 drake takes a pistol from the black man and kills the white man.
The rest of the video shows an all white gang that kidnapped drakes woman. For the feminists I know the woman isn't drakes property. She's his girlfriend. Anyway, it's an all white gang. Back in the early 80's in miami the gangs were Colombian and mostly Cuban as Fidel Castro was shipping his inmates that were from Cuban prisons over on boats to miami. So the idea that the gang would be white doesn't make any sense at all.
Whoever came up with the idea behind this video doesn't like white people. What are your opinions. This video is also violent for the song.
Ever heard of this?

There is an entire genre of music dedicated to making black people look like scumbags.
I think the world of music can survive a single song going in the opposite direction.
I don't see any assertion in the video along the lines of "the individuals in this video are representative of the races they belong to, and should be considered perfect examples of how their respective races behave and what their attitudes are". I believe that you are looking for a message that does not exist. Perhaps there is an element of projection involved?
