Chauvinism these days largely refers to the denigration of the opposite sex in some fashion.
Misogyny and misandry refer to the dislike, mistrust, or hatred of women/men, respectively. Note, that this means a person can be chauvinistic toward women without being misogynistic, although the two go hand in hand often enough.
