While some of these terms may sound contradictory?conservative libertine? centrist anarchist??it helps to remember that each label applies to a different political dimension. The quiz also gives you a score, from 100 percent to negative 100 percent, on your collectivist, authoritarian, internationalist, tribalist, and liberal tendencies.

Before anyone goes getting all huffy about how this quiz is imprecise, meaningless, Buzzfeed-worthy drivel: Of course it is! It's also fun. Enjoy.

It's obviously not scientific but it's just for fun tho, I've done all these quizes before and this is a new one I saw today. I never like all the questions on these either but whatever, it's just measuring different variables.

I get the feeling that the authors of this test have the word "libertarian" confused with the word "libertine".

A "liberTARIAN" is someone who is for protecting individual legal rights. A "liberTINE" is someone who engages in debauchery!

Pols like Ron Paul proudly call themselves "Libertarians", but no canditdate would ever admit to being a "libertine"!

Maybe this poll calls you that when you picked the choice to legalise all drugs?

And I think the Liberal in that list refers more to classical liberalism than what Americans use as a euphemism for "leftist", but it's hard to say as they don't give their definition of the word.

I think liberalism as defined in this poll is socially and libertine is basically just the extreme end of it whereas libertarian comes under collectivism/authoritarianism

I'm not quite sure what cosmopolitan traditionalist means, l have some conservative social views but that's mixed in with some extreme liberal ones

I probably wouldn't describe myself as a total isolationist, centrist anarchist is an interesting way of putting things, i guess if the glove fits...

I'm personally a strident libertarian-minded conservative (conservative libertarian), but the results of this incongruous test portend that I'm affiliated with the Objectivist movement. I'm certainly not a aficionado of Ayn Rand's philosophy as it's no way interrelated with libertarianism. I'm more of a staunch non-interventionist rather than a isolationist, but I wouldn't mind voting for an independent third party that subscribes to the prospective ideological view of Libertarian Nationalism. I'm in fervent concordance with the previous posters that the definition "libertine" is in no confederated with libertarians as some of them like myself are personal social conservatives, and I'm an agnostic atheist at the same time.
