It's virtually an argument to justify some afterthought of rape. How lower can the Republican nominee descend? Christian spokesmen just want to retain religious freedom? How about freedom from personal invasion? Well, religion has always had a chauvinistic streak.

But really, I can only imagine, if female themselves and fervent voters, one must be desperate for some... groping... some gold-digging wet dream perhaps (this isn't even my interpretation, but practically his entire joke, which is further debilitating when one keeps in mind he is 70), if one attempts to justify this specifically. By all means try to justify foreign policy proposals or even authoritarian home affairs, but nobody can possibly justify "they let you do it"... right?

Oh,of course they will justify it.

I actually feel a little bad for Trump. That's gotta be a tough blow on his ego to have to apologize.

I also feel bad for Trump's die-hard fans. One of these days they are going to realize just what a creep their idol is and they will suffer from betrayal trauma.

I predict a Bill Cosby type situation where more and more women come out and speak against him.

This breaking news didn't surprise me in the least. What would surprise if he never actually sexually assaulted anyone The video is revealing of Trump's character, but I think we would need to see him actually rape someone on camera for Trump supporters to change their mind.

I hope to God that doesn't happen. A lot of people will be hurt.

I had a discussion with jacoby the other week.
since then, I believe die hard trump supporters are willing to look away for a reason- not because they're not believing that he's a creep, or because they don't care.
It seems they genuinely expect that only a person that's that transgressive can actually make a change to the system, break up the structures and "make america great again".
it's not a deterrent that he's breaking social rules, it's why they think he can renegotiate global capitalism in their favour.

I could not figure out why they expect him to do that, but it seems, for them, only a guy who grabs women by the p**** is capable of taking capitalism by its horns.

I'm not expecting this to change anything.

It's just sickening how Trump and his supporters are. It's clear that many of Trump's supporters are just like him or are that stubborn.. that they have to vote republican no matter what.

This election has turned into a circus and is such a joke at this point. Hillary Clinton is the better choice but honestly still has her big issues.

In my view- I hope this election teaches people that a 2 party system is broken and needs to stop. But it probably wont- because politics is all about greed, power, corruption and lies. So many issues in USA that should be fixed, but too many people focused on only helping their friends and not many others.
