Christos is the energy associated with mercy, kindness, forgiveness, charity, reformation and redemption. When people are in touch with this energy, they can forgive those who have hurt them and can direct others to be kinder and merciful to their fellow man so the overall effect is a reduction in violence, even in the criminals. The state becomes less violent. The culture no longer exhibits so much blood lust. It becomes more refined. When you consider how many people are willing to stand up for Christianity these days, where is the proof they are truly in touch with Christos's energy? Why are we not seeing it, which, if they truly are, we should be seeing more of the above characteristics I listed in the overall population. It's not just the death penalty that's the problem. In order for the energy to be apparent, the overall rates in violence should decline.
