You cannot break law you did not like, really?

I'm from Poland i have Asperger,
I have difficulty in finding work but similar to my situation, there are many autistic, moreover, in my country many young and healthy have trouble finding permanent employment, for now works as a fundraiser for a foundation collecting donations for seriously ill children, but rather community service than the constant work, I am glad that I can help someone :-)
Maybe get a job in the accounting office, I will probably be terribly bored, but at least I'll have a job.
I think that as I get a job that will take a course for driving license :-)

And here is the problem, because the child was suffering from epilepsy, and even though it is no longer have in 16 years I would have to give the questionnaire health as well as information about my Asperger's Syndrome, and then sign the questionnaire, under penalty of penal and administrative that information contained therein is factually correct

I wonder why I should be honest, given that I do not have epilepsy for 15 years and I do not take any medication for it, and Asperger syndrome is barely visible after me.
Why do I have to sit on the mercy of some as*hole in a white coat :-)
I hope that it will give a positive medical opinions,
It's pure discrimination ! !!

I talked about it with my co-ordinator from foundation, who happens to be also my friend, he tells me that I should not lie, "that you can not choose which law will respect and which are not, that he, too, would prefer to lie in the tax return, but still does that because it was not fair.
But is it worth to be honest when it is not beneficial to us?
Besides there is a stereotype that people with AS are immensely honest, and yet must fight the prejudicial stereotypes and show that this is not entirely true :-)

I get it, I lie too sometimes. Well, I consider that issue a lot like the idea of law vs justice. the law isn't always just, but you must adhere to it or choose to pay the price.

The choice, as always is yours. is it worth the consequences?

I'd consider lying about the epilepsy. I probably wouldn't lie about the aspergers because I don't think I would feel confident enough in how other's perceive me to know if I come off as having it or not.

Most of these sorts of forms have areas where you can add extra information though. I would probably write somewhere on the form that I have not had a seizure for 15 years.
