What if Obama really forged his birth Birth Certificate?

I am very interested in world politics, I'm not an American, but the U.S. is an important player in the global political scene. so I wonder as what would happen if Obama actually doctored his birth certificate, and was not born in Hawaii but in Kenya?
What would happen with the laws which he signed, and all would be invalid? In most countries, the most important law is the Budget Act, the resolution usually once a year. So all budgets USA since 2009 would be invalid? If so it would be a nice brothel , pardon the expression, in my country, Poland, so we define a nightmare mess and chaos.

I wonder does American ever considering abolishing natural born citizen, some countries have restriction for naturalized citizen, for top government position, like requiring them to be live in the country for certain time to be eligible to be elected official, but other did not like My country Poland to be president of Republic Of Poland, you only required to be Citizen of Poland, have 35 years old 100 thousands signature of adult Polish citizen, who is not fully or partially legally incapacitated for serve mental illness. the candidate of course also cannot be legally incapacitated or be criminally convicted, but sentence is automatically ex-purged after certain time, if someone don't commit any crime.

But I wonder why a naturalized U.S. citizen can not be president, it little unfair. In Europe there is no such stupid rules, once even an Austrian painter was Chancellor of Germany

Honestly, who cares about his birth certificate...
He has a US passport, that is all that should matter.

He is still president. By the time the issue would be sorted out, we would have another person as president, and that person would be facing issues of legitimacy for his/her administration.

What if....?

There would be a sudden loud SNAP!, and a sudden flash of light! And the whole U.S.A. would turn into a pumpkin!


But actually..it wouldnt effect any of the laws he signed.

Its a little late in the day to impeach him since he is in his last year of office. And only the most fanatic fringe of the partisan Obama haters ever cared about the birth certificate issue anyway. And at this late a date even they don't care anymore.

But the revelation might force Congress to clarify the Constitutional rule which is rather vaguely worded. Obama's first presidential opponent was John McCain who was an airforce brat born in the then U.S. occupied Panama Canal zone- which - some might say- ain't exactly "in the USA either".

I think this "birthing" thing is nonsense.

He's a Yank. He's not a Muslim. He hardly saw his Muslim father throughout his life.

Actually, they should have went out of business. That's how capitalism is supposed to work - the American way. But I guess if you're a big enough company then you'll get special treatment - that's the socialist way. GM is now donating more money to the government.

If GM had gone out of business, tens of thousands of union jobs would have been immediately lost, and tens of thousands more from those industries that support GM, not to mention tens of thousands of more jobs related to trucking, restaurants, and other tertiary services that depend on the patronage of those union workers.

The little man with the small business goes under everyday Fnord, or continues to struggle greatly with no help from the government. If one wants to call themselves an American, then you have to stand behind Capitalism and take the good with the bad.

If Obama forged his birth certificate then he would be impeached, the laws he signed would get tied up in court cases for years altho I imagine most would stand as the president is only one branch of the government so to throw it all out would be throwing the work of the congress and courts out. I think Obama's nominations to court could be challenged but again they were approved by the congress too. If they could prove it then Obama and a lot of other people would end up in prison.

It's silly tho, since even if Obama was born in Kenya under the definition we get now is that wouldn't matter as his mother was a US citizen thus he was a naturally-born citizen as a result. The same with Ted Cruz. Now I dunno, I always thought you had to be born on US territory but apparently not and I think a lot of Americans have the same idea about it.

He will be gone in not much longer than a year then god help us who comes next.
