Why UN condemns North Korea for launching sattelite

I don't like communist but i think space program is lest we should worry about. It's far much better than nuclear program :)

I think just US administration just don't like if someone gave s**t for their "international sanction" :mrgreen:

I think that its because if they can launch satellites into space that also means they can launch nukes into high orbit. So we dont want them to play around with rockets powerful enough to do either thing.

North Korea recently sent some balloons over the DMZ that exploded and dumped garbage on South Korea (mostly cigarette butts). Not sure what the message of that is.

Does anyone outside of N. Korea actually know what kind of satellite they sent up?

But UN can do nothing apart from sending angry letters to Kim Jong Un, and he knows it, it reminds me a little of the effects of some service points, which refuse warranty repair even though they have no such right :mrgreen:
