Exodus 28:42

"You shall make for them linen undergarments to cover their naked flesh. They shall reach from the hips to the thighs"

^^This is proof that laws against public nudity violate separation of church and state.

Cant tell whether you're putting us on, or are serious.

But if you wanna use that faulty logic (either in anger, or in jest) you could find less obscure ways to use it.

Like saying: "the Ten Commandments say 'thou shalt not kill'. Therefore all laws against murder are a breach of church and state".

Anyone who opposes the #freethenipple and #freethewiener campaigns is a religious extremist, probably a bigot, and needs to be removed from society.

Also, has anyone noticed that in blue states, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor, but in red states, it's a felony?

i've never heard of "#freethewiener".

i don't get a whole lot when i google it either. sounds like a joke campaign.

I made it up, so there would be a male counterpart to #freethenipple, which is real.

My point is that laws against public nudity violate separation of church and state, and if convicted, you have to register as a sex offender, just like the rapists and the child molesters.

The reason it's called indecent exposure is because the Abbott-Patrick dictatorship here in Texas is trying to avoid being "harassed and stalked" by the ACLU. The term they're wanting to use is "un-Christian exposure".
