Those that populate the swamp naturally do not want it drained, people have no idea how corrupt things really are.

How are Trump's picks not considered "the swamp" ?

He has hired many many rich elites. Exxon mobil ceo as the biggest example.

Trump in office means he gets richer, so does his companies. If anyone thinks his companies will just be controlled by his family and not him.. think again. He will make sure laws get put into place that benefit his companies (as well as other rich people's). Didn't he claim he was going to "close loopholes" ? Yeah right.

There is even plans that Trump's own daughter will be hired somehow. Conflict of interest much? Or is anything they do alright because its not Clinton ?

In some people's world. But funding organ eaters is no problem.

Speaking of crooks, Trump is clearly a kleptocrat. Trading the puppet for a puppeteer.

The "crooks" don't want Trump in because they aren't idiots, and Trump will make everyone suffer besides a select corrupt few.

Trump said if he was President Hillary would be in jail. Unfortunately Hillary is still at large. I'm very disappointed that Trump has already broken one of his election promises.

While it might it might seem like it, Trump is not yet president. About 4 weeks away, I feel like Hillary will have some things to answer for when all said and done.

Trump isnt in office yet for one thing. For another thing- he's already backed down on many of his so-called "promises", so I doubt Hillary will get just thrown in jail. People need to move on and focus on TRUMP and all of the crap he is doing.

The wall funded by Mexico- likely wont happen. I realize illegals are a problem but building a wall is expensive and Trump does count on illegal workers to help make his shirts and stuff. :P Even if he somehow gets the wall built, people will find a way to bring in illegals somehow. Companies fly in illegals- so that likely wont change. A wall will block a tiny fraction of illegals.

Draining the swamp- likely also wont happen. House+senate wont agree to this ever I would bet. Plus look at all the people Trump has picked for his cabinet- rich elites looking to make more money. Trump's new motto might as well be "Make me, my family and the 1 % richer" because thats what the picks feel like.

Plus there's more. Also he wants his daughter and other families members to have jobs in his cabinet. Thats conflict of issue and very suspicious. Hell.. he wont even do a blind trust for his companies! So its clear people will keep a watchful eye on what gets passed- if it helps his companies (which they probably will), then something must be done. Trump is running a country- not a business anymore, period. If he cant put aside his business completely.. he shouldn't be in office! Also he needs to stop being a whining little brat on Twitter.

Trump will get impeached 4-6 months into his first year. If he doesn't- it means the republicans are just that ignorant to the real issues with him.

The people in Congress have better sources of information than you and will follow the Constitution.

And in addition it seems to also have escaped your attention that one half of the people of this country voted and aren't in agreement with you. The election is over and you lost...that's how it works in this country. If you'd prefer to live in a country that overthrows the rule of law at the whim of little petty dictators I'm sure you can find a happy home elsewhere...maybe Russia?

Being ignorant is not a bad thing necessarily. Technically we are ALL ignorant in one way or another. You must know you know nothing as do I. We all know something the other doesn't.

The wall isn't to keep illegal immigrants out, the wall is to keep illegal immigrants in. Who else will pick fruit from the orchards for 12 hours per day, without a break or a sip of water, when it's 110 degrees?

This is work so exhausting, even the cons refuse to do it. When they tried to use prison labour, they rioted. But the illegals do it. The ones from Mexico and further south. It's a good plan. Lure them into the States with rumours of a more prosperous lifestyle (Get them to watch Hollywood movies that show the average American owning a large two story house and a Lexus), then, when they come into the States, you build a wall behind them to trap them. When they realize they're wage slaves, working twice as hard as they did in Latin America for even less pay, it's too late because there's a wall trapping them inside the States.

Getting Mexico to pay for the wall is one thing (it would essentially turn Mexico into a vassal, paying tribute) but don't use Mexican labour or they'll design in numerous secret trap doors to aid their egress.

He also wants someone who doesn't believe climate change exists to be head of the EPA, and someone who is avidly against marijuana legalization and even wants to enforce federal prohibition against states as the attorney general, when at least 53% of americans want marijuana to be legal.
