Before he's even taken office, President-elect Donald Trump has proven to be quite the job creator.
Ford Motor Company announced Tuesday it will cancel a $1.6 billion plant planned for Mexico and will instead invest $700 million in a Michigan assembly plant, directly tying the decision to “pro-growth policies” championed by President-elect Donald Trump.

If that isn't a repudiation of Obama then I don't know what is, Obama bailed out the auto industry and what does he have to show for it? Trump isn't even president yet and he's changing the economic course of this country, the words from the bully pulpit are far more powerful than anybody realize and by mobilizing his supporters Trump has created a fearsome voting bloc. Auto companies almost more than anyone benefit from the nationalist 'buy American' sentiment so it is not surprising, other countries protect their jobs and industries but we don't. How many American cars are being driven around in Japan or South Korea?
