It's the Sith philosophy in Star Wars
Echoed in Rand's "Selfishness is a virtue"
Echoed in Social Darwinism
Echoed in "Might makes right" philosophy
Echoed in "psychological egoism" philosophy

I think Nietzsche is mostly right in that human motives are truly ugly.

Ok, so how do you respond to the counter-argument ...

Parents who sacrifice for their children....
Soldiers who fall on grenades.....
People who jump in water to save drowning people.....

Do no appear to be motivated by a "will to power".

As a Christian, I believe that we are made in the image of a tripartate God -- a body, mind, and spirit -- that there is a realm of will, and it is governed by knowable laws.

This discussion pertains, only to the will.

But, most people, NT and AS included, are clouded, mentally, so barely have executive function. A discussion on will should be useful.

It's been called moral masochism. Some people have a craving to be punished, so create their own reason. You get Münchhausen by proxy and Keynesian militarists. Good Samaritans are suspected of causing accidents.

Think of it, in terms of manifestation. And, you are forever looking for a hurt, or damaged person, or example of malfeasance. Eventually, these people start to become neurotic, so give themselves busywork, for an outlet.

This world is a will to power, and nothing besides. Autistics are historically very bad at amassing power; they cannot inspire other people and lead them effectively, and often their poor executive functioning means they don't have basic power over their own lives and bodies. Where does autism fit in to your Nietzschean world view?

If it's purely a question of influence, itemize their value system, and pander to that, from a detached perspective. It's been called political capital.

Or, assign value to arbitrary garbage --

Basically, the same thing as fiat currency.

All he has done is politely assumed the color of authority.

A soldier who sacrifice his life identifies himself with a state, with a nation, with arace ,he is no longer monadic being. He gains immortality in act of sacrifice to something that greater than himself - i think such - simbolical imortality so to speak - in our power interests. is not?

Parents do it too in less extent.

Will to power is not about hedonistic life style. The more power the more inclination to transendental idealistic realms when preservation of this or that individual is no longer a case.

The advanced wil to power wills not domination over other individuals but rather it wills to overcome metaphicical obstacles such as death.

It is been called so by psychologists whose purpose of life to serve the system. They invented all these stupid diagnosis to eliminate possibility of resistance - the labeled act of sacrifice as masochism
they labeld will loving individual as narcissists and so one.
Why? When you start to think about your virtous as dyagnoses you are no longer can establish your rebelious individuality. You are traped in self reflectione.

We have advantages as well. You know what i mean. But strength lies in unity and unity should serve some purpose.

I had to work up, to the point of self reflection.

I willingly admit to enlightened-self interest and having agendas.

What am I supposed to be resisting, in particular.

I think, people forever on the path of resistance, will make their own trouble, even where they do not find any.

When you tell yourself that this is a world of eternal struggle, you either manifest that trouble, or it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, to the extent that everything becomes a part of your delusion. It becomes the trouble, that you are always looking for. Everything in your surroundings, every physical stimulus, every passing thought, gets reworked into your war footing.

I recently saw a nosy neighbor. On death ground. He would have been high on adrenaline, just when walking his dog. And, he got in a fight, with my peach tree.

I have seen members of my family start with a little white lie, or two. It becomes histrionic, and snowballs into full blown senility.

Are we focusing on contention and strife, when we will something to power. Does something we build-up, in our mind overtake us, fully, taking control of our senses.

If so, we might think of altruism, or at least some objective, material goal.

Ok
Will see which world view will win - mine or yours.
If I win I need not have to explain If I lose, I should not be there to explain.

What, in specific, are you trying to win.

You have a view, or a mental model of the world, or a theory.

How are you using it.

In regards to managers and time management (since I am assuming you would like to be an influential sort-of person) I have found that there are two styles --
a. keep someone on the line, on their toes, on the hook, forever obligated, on-call.
b. nameable goal with a discrete deadline. Rectitude. Fair pay-off. Closure.

To which end are you putting your will, and, at what particular time, can we say that you have succeeded or failed. In the materialistic sciences, it is believed that proof of a thing is falsifiable.
