Interesting to note, the crackpot propagator of the shape-shifting-space-reptiles-run-the-world theory, infowars, was recently issued White House press credentials.

Close, but not quite: the reptilian thing was popularized by David Icke, InfoWars is Alex Jones.

Agreed on both points. However, infowars did gain a good deal of attention by promulgating this particularly entertaining fantasy.
