This guy seems to be the reincarnation of Boss Tweed. He's been Speaker for a couple of decades now. He and his cronies have pushed our state to the verge of junk status and are blaming governor Rauner for refusing to pass an unbalanced budget or give yet another tax increase that doesn't do anything about the problem (pensions, among other stuff).

And this crook also has a sleazy daughter who is attorney general and backs daddy.
