Would a modern day guild system benefit Autistics?

Does the area you live in have junior and senior year (high school) vocational prep? There are a couple good ones around where I live where students get prepped for trades, the county south of us even has EMS training.

Likely.
Allowing young autistics to focus on an area of actual interest instead of having to fight their way up the things they have trouble with could be good. A Guild System is only one possible way of getting there.
