If it does it would probably need to be AOCDS since people are more often referring to her as AOC and OCDS sounds like a broken way of speaking of multiple obsessive-compulsive conditions.

Depends, what exactly do you mean? I think she is mainly getting a lot of attention for appearing crazy and her string of incorrect facts.
