well first of all Tolonkonnikova is just another plant like Sobchak , and everybody knows that.

If I was to become a spy, I'd rather look like an ordinary, average civil-service bureaucrat:

Y'know ... the kind of person nobody looks at twice ... the kind of person who looks harmless and maybe kinda clueless ... maybe a little obnoxious -- just enough to get people to avoid him.

The kind of guy who is capable of running a para-military observation post in his garage without his neighbors noticing or suspecting anything.
