This is probably one of the reasons he's so desperate to stay in office.

If and when he eventually realizes he can't stay in office, my guess is that he will flee to another country. He actually mentioned this possibility at a rally, if I recall correctly, without saying which country.

He has an accountancy firm lawyers/accountants do it.

Actually, it does not work that way. You will find the firm will have you sign a form absolving them of any liability. They simply are the filer of record. They might answer questions, but if the IRS discovers any issues, they are not on the hook.

If the filer is committing fraud, then yes, they will be prosecuted. But if Trump gave the filer false information, then Trump is on the hook, not the filer.

The accusations are Trump's tax forms are fraudulently prepared.

Like, a tax deduction for $747,622 to Ivanka Trump for consulting fees.
