Corsi announced that he had just filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court to examine the particulars of the 2020 election. He contended that there was "massive fraud" in the voting process, saying that there were many instances in the election where vote counts were stopped and afterwards, "a huge amount of ballots" suddenly came in for Biden. he announced this on the Coast to Coast radio program, and he also opined that he thinks only congress should vote for president [and the senate for Veep], that the founding fathers "didn't trust the voters" to make the right decisions.

mmmm... ice cream

I'd care if I thought this meant anything other than someone so inconsequential in the american political scene I've never heard of them did something pointless to try and keep Trump in the White House.

BTW this corsi might want to brush up on his constitution. While its true the founding fathers were afraid direct election of a president would result in an unqualified populist demagogue becoming president (wonder why anyone would worry about that), congress only settles elections when the electoral vote does not produce a winner.

If congress did settle the election, the Biden-Pence administration would be hilarious to watch.

In the Obama years the right wing nutjobs became the tea party
In the Trump years they became MAGAs and the alt-right
In the Biden era they will coalesce under the QAnon banner

Don't believe me....it's already happened
https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/ ... on-n900531

And Corsi is one of them

Yep, there's an old rugby rivalry stretching 100 yrs between NSW and Queensland.

But Queensland is the home of far right parties like One-Nation. Must be the hot weather that fries their brains (Like your Florida).

so although they are not in your south, they are the equivalent of our southerners.

Yep! that's a good analogy. Your south is hot and sweaty and racist. Our north is the equivalent.

On the constitution - I'm also pretty sure that you can't just file a petition with the Supreme Court. You need to go through the lower courts first - and they will deny your petition if you don't have standing.

on CoastToCoast last night he harangued democrats for everything since original sin, saying they should basically give up being democrats and join the GOP borg [resistance is futile].
