Here is a funny question, that can often provoke some very imaginative replies.
For those who believe in God / Heaven, what do you think Heaven is like?

If Heaven exists, it is likely incomprehensible to the mortal mind, so I will just go with "nice".

I had an outer the body experience once, where for a few seconds I felt like i exited out of my body, floated towards the ceiling and then found myself in a infinite expanse of dazzling pure white light, which felt all warm and loving.

I think that is what heaven may be. Although i have no proof (how would one prove such an experience even happened?)

the experience lasted a few seconds, and then I felt like I snapped back into my body (as if i was being pulled by a very strong elastic band).

The funny thing is, for several weeks after this experience, i experienced a kind of extremely content blissful state,
where every thing in the universe felt like it was in its right place, and that i was also, like i was a small part in a massive symphony that is life....

When I was a little kid and still believed in God and Heaven and all that, I thought that the cartoon depiction of Heaven was what Heaven was like. I was really confused over how no one knew if Heaven was real or not because you could just use something to look on top of the clouds...

I also was really pressed about the fact that if I went to Heaven I'd have to live on a cloud forever because I thought it'd be boring as hell, and then my parents or some other adults told me that you're always happy in Heaven and you don't need activities and material things anymore, which didn't make it better since I immediately got pressed over the fact that confirmed I wouldn't be able to play video games anymore.

I think heaven / hell happens because our conscience keeps going eternally.

If you're a good person and you die with a clear conscience, you have that feeling of peace forever.

If you're the opposite, you have that feeling of hell / guilt / shame / regret / sin forever.

Of course that's just my opinion and not backed with scientific data, and I don't pretend to know otherwise.

I know two people who died and came back to life, plus my father who had out-of-body experiences when he was in a coma on life support. He left the building and saw /did things that he couldn't have known otherwise.

But sure, it could be the drugs. It was uncanny though.

in dreams and visions i have visited the outer regions of heaven several times in my life. i have heard "the music of the spheres," usually when i'm tired. it is an endlessly recursive [but with infinite slight differences] cosmic choral hum/roar. when i was a silly teen, in the dentist's chair, when he left to see the patient next door, i reached around and turned up the nitrous to a higher level, and within a few seconds of that i floated up out of my body to a very white [but not blindingly so] place far away from that dental office. i could vaguely hear behind me, as it were, but just floated in light until suddenly i heard a muffled "ow" and was jerked back into my body with a shuddering "WHAM!" turns out in my unconscious bliss i had bit down on the dentist's hand in my mouth, my arching shudder in the chair made him think he hurt me. little did he know... when i was on the operating room table i left and went to an orange place where i soared in the skies or whatever they were, orange skies, over a desert landscape with crystal cities in the distance. there were other people there soaring up with me, like we were all kites in the sky. in other dreams i was in a city in heaven, a lower rung of heaven, it resembled a bunch of bureaus and offices, all with hanging potted plants and spotless clean, with immaculately dressed heavenly bureaucrats in front of computer terminals. what all these scenarios had in common was an utter freedom from earthly worry, that was the most heavenly thing about it all.
