Why does our universe exist? Everything needs to be created by something

No-one knows.

If God created everything, well who created God?

If life on earth started with the Big Bang, that still doesn't explain where all its ingredients came from.

The only thing that makes sense to me is some form of perpetual loop.

Or perhaps some form of ironic paradox, such that we really are "the exception that breaks the rule".

We're in the universe's mushroom box. Kept in the dark and reliably fed BS.

God dropped something on his carpet one day, and then stooped down to try to clean it. And as with all carpet stains it just kept on spreading out, and getting bigger and bigger. And now we have it. The Universe as we know it today.

I believe in the infinite universe.

Something being a fluctuation of nothing. Like in quantum vacuum.

But my actual answer is: I don't know. Apparently, the universe exists - and there's amazing amount of stuff we can explore about it!

Do you mean a quantum loop of infinite compression of energy accumulation like this? ∞



The universe was created by infinite possibilities and stretched of alternative universes before this one. It is possible to reach these alternative universes in this lifetime - I find it hard to believe that Buddhist's DMT ritual from tree bark - where they see horizons of alien horizons - is by pure chemical coincidence on earth - I feel these communications with God's universal divine consciousness are beyond 'brain-chemical' coincidence and are travels to alternative universe to, whom are pure spiritual energy - before simulated machine existed. God or aliens in the future intended humans too find these Natural phycadelic's so they could communicate with the divine universal consciousness and too push the human race forward.

I have no idea which 'entity' or 'energy' existed before the infinite stretch of alternative universes or who runs/created this simulated reality on Earth.

But in my honest opinion, our Jewish and Buddhist ancestors have created the path for us - the universe/earth exists through infinite possibilities of existence for us too worship and celebrate God through parties and commune and practise and treat the Earth with care and respect through self control and worship and not destroy it through capitalism machines and I'm sure there are 'aliens' on another Planet. Dream's - where one is able to travel cognitively around too new 'infinite possible' dimensions - is a good example of 'infinite universes' before this present universe.

So maybe were inside God's dream?

I honestly don't know. I don't know if we'll ever truly find out either.

No one knows, unless they created the universe, so you would have to as the Creator.

Another "God of the Gaps" argument.

If nobody knows the answer, then whatever unfounded assumption I make up must be true.

The Big Bang has nothing to do with the origin of life.

The ingredients came from stars fusing hydrogen atoms into heavier elements.

While scientists may have a good grasp of HOW the universe came to exist, they cannot determine WHY without being present in the universe before it existed, and observing WHO created it.

"Why" implies intent, which in turn implies a "Who".

Perception.

Ever heard the phrase "Perception is reality." ?

Without it, nothing exists at all.. but because we have the ability to perceive, everything is real.. even the surreal, when we perceive that.

No perception? No anything.

So as far as we're concerned, anything exists only because we can perceive it..

So when I die, and my perceptive processes cease, your existence and that of the universe will end too.
