AI speeding up civil justice
Wow, I wonder why USA government and JD Vance who represents working man, hasn't addressed issue.
Wonder why EU doesn't list this as key importance for AI safety standards.
First online applications for civil Justice such as rental tribunals.
No email a for applications.
To speed up, online form is filled in, relevant dockets attached.....and how fast can this be processed?
Any programmers out there,
But at the rate Trump is packing the Courts, it could be a last hope?
AI doesn't decide, it just checks all relevant info, sorts cases, Nd hopefully speeds up administration. The cases presented hopefully be quickly resolved by employing more clerks/secretaries of court who refer only on complications, it's worth it because it process many applicants faster, appeals are then sent to magistrate
This kind of works as choice between arbitration being a norm for contracts, but it can work for those and almost tie up with legal aid in some civil matters.
It's worth reducing time to get to court as well as limiting need for attorney and legal fees as AI can serve people by having a built in legal type of dictionary (again for administration with human decision at the end)

AI is actually a blanket term that can cover a lot of different things.
What people are commonly referring to AI now is just one small part of it -- the ability to create text that might pass as being real. The AI we are seeing does not guarantee it to be real at all.

Fair enough, in old days we called it programming computers, we haven't utilised this enough to ensure countries with large populations have justice, then we can define AI
When I went to physio for my back, I was denied Xray, they just proceeded to move to other services, I was feeling a bit dissatisfied that the only hospital in region was private care that for ed to serve area, so we didn't get the service. Until I spoke with African police lady who told me her story, shocking.
She had used up all her police medical points and was also denied Xray for her broken ribs. Shocking. And as public I had just assumed police officers were covered, well they not. And these are people who put their lives at risk to enforce laws.
I'm wondering too about certain bosses because my ex wasn't a fireman but he was required as IT technician to climb high towers with sometimes windy conditions, he'd come home complaining about the boss and medical aid. I am tired of IT salaries, when I calculate average rental in Cape town - it's not possible and school fees are not free, government schools charge, the free schools are where department resolves issues meaning gov schools break law by preferring students who pay.
Whole system of capitalism is just exploiting people. JD vance is calling this working class working with trump...... In other countries this is the definition of socialism, is America admitting it?

The vast majority of computer programming and other IT has absolutely nothing to do with AI. It usually does not use any AI concepts or techniques at all. I've had decades of experience as a software developer in a variety of areas. In spite of that, the only programming I've done that had anything to do with AI was some I did for fun years ago and also when I went back to school (while working as a full time software developer) and took an AI course.

Criminal law,
Under capitalism seems civilian rights can be paid away with good lawyer. Speak taking matters into own hands, not allowed.
Imagine case referred to new special legal service that prohibits legal fees, drawing case out and reopens investigations to lawyers who manipulate legal justice.
Most famous were old law suits back in 80s but this is still ongoing, see below link

Am not sure of the mind behind this ideal model 9f AI, and must applaud the intent, but , in real life courtroom interactions, the Goal is not efficiency, Quite the opposite .! ...One very old tactic in all law cases is to draw out Court proceedings . Their is a psychology behind this ...Whomever ever has the weakest case ..has to wear down the otherside in civil cases..Until the legal fees become more than the otherside can afford to invest in legal procedures

Loves velcro,
When do people have right to declare anarchy, and take law into own hands?
The law states we must all obey the laws, so have to file criminal case (police) or civil case (law office) but may not take law into our own hands.
But then the law is required to give victims justice, dragging cases out, legal fees etc. Are criminal acts against right of all civilians to have justice.
For example if school is compulsory then state must provide all citizens access irrelevant to funds. In poor countries the state starts to collapse or doesn't provide services anymore, yet as expected to keep civilian rest, before anarchy and war breaks out.
So to prevent large companies that monopolize from being burnt or vandalised, to prevent a victim from killing back, to prevent explosions at corrupt chemical companies don't pay out to victims.....anarchy.
To prevent innocent people going to jail, a legal system was created requiring proof ND evidence BUT some lawyers are corrupt and work to make money and let murderers etc. Go free based on technicalities.
The legal system tales so long that civilians feel it's just impossible to get justice.
Peaceful call for technology to speed up and fix loopholes to manage the masses of people. Does Peaceful work or do union lawyers need to intervene.
