Banish him to Venus. It's closer.

Yes, it would be a waste of resources to send him there.

It'd be much better to just mix some Carfentanil into his K.

Yeah, one of the downsides of drug prohibition is that it encourages traffickers to find more potent substances because it's easier to conceal a smaller volume of substance over a larger volume. The downside is that it's harder for users to accurately dose out an amount to consume because they're dealing with an end product that's been significantly diluted, with no way of knowing how diluted.

If the difference between a few micrograms is a moderate high and death by OD, it's really important to know how many micrograms are in a milligram.

This isn't even the trolley problem though (1 innocent person vs many innocent people).
Elon's the guy tying the people down to get used for the trolley problem. f**k that guy.

On venus it "snows metal".

"As we now understand it, the snow on Venus’ surface is probably more similar to frost. On the lower Venusian plains, temperatures reach a searing 480°C (894°F). This is hot enough that reflective pyrite minerals on the planet’s surface are vaporized, entering the atmosphere as a kind of metallic mist, leaving only the dark volcanic rocks like basalt in the Venusian lowlands.

At higher altitudes, this mist condenses, forming shiny, metallic frost on the tops of the mountains. And Earth’s simmering sibling has plenty of high altitude terrain. Maxwell Montes, the tallest peak on Venus, stands at an altitude of 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) — 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) higher than Mount Everest."

He should be catapulted ASAP, although doing so would be a waste of resources, and he isn't worthy of such resources. I'd take his money, use it for all those in need, and send him back to South Africa, but not waste money on a plane ticket. He would board a ship and travel with the poor.

I think it would be cruel to send him to live alone at Mars. He deserves some company there of likeminded people like Trump, Wance and the Tate brothers.

Yes it would be wrong to banish Musk to Mars. What did Mars ever do to deserve that?

Though you don't mention whether he'd be allowed to take adequate life support gear with him. If not, I don't suppose Mars would mind.

In more generous moments I'd prefer just taking all his money off him and giving it back to the poor. But stopping him from getting rich, powerful and dangerous to society again might be hard. He has cronies in high places.

And you may as well throw the Iyatollah, Jordan Petersen, Kim, Putin and Netanyahu to join their merry band.

What a wonderful time that lot would have being stuck in each other's company.

I am fairly sure that would be considered "cruel and unusual punishment" by the US Constitution
