Have you heard about this!?! Pat Robertson, the leader of the Christian Coalition, wants the United States to murder President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. The scary thing is that Robertson has close links to the White House.

I think that there are a number of people that the CIA needs to take out. Furthermore, I kinda like Pat Robertson's style.

Hugo Chavez has done good things for his country. He has helped the poor against the powerful, and very few rulers have done that.

If the CIA was going to start assassinating people, I doubt Chavez would be a very high priority. Fox might though, IMO. Though the most important targets would be in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Personally, I see no difference between Muslim clerics who call for the murder of Americans and Christian clerics who call for the murder of Venezualans.

absolutely. i'm sick of people using religion and "freedom" as an excuse to kill innocent people. when we all know what it's really about: power and money.

I watch his show sometimes (the 700 Club); I didn't know he wanted to asassinate anybody. I thought that he just wanted people to get a good side of the news, and have it be a little Christian based.

Why settle for just knocking off democracitly elected leaders and just get straight to the genocide? THat would be more efficent in the long run.

Robertson makes me sick. Advocating the murder of anyone is wrong, regardless of who it is.
