Understand, what would that matter? Men would just have sex with men in that format, if only allowed, and no procreation would happen. Women would have to give men an "inkling", to keep them hooked, to having children; do they really care?

Only in a committed relationship, with contraception of course. In my case, that relationship would be heterosexual man/woman type of deal. By "penetrative sex" I assume the OP means 'penile-vaginal intercourse."

I am just curious why you even need to have a discussion about this? Are you suggesting that there is no way to prevent pregnancy other than abstaining from penetrative sex?

Abstinence is 100% safe.

well, I think people should need a license to have kids which they should gain with effort if they want to have and raise children, now about penetration that's a different thing

I might find it easier to discuss if I understood the topic. Are we discussing if sex should have a purpose? Are we discussing people unprepared to have children? Who is prepared to have children?
