I really like this guy. Everytime he talks, he really hits in heart. It is like he understands what is important to me and the country.
Today he talked about education. And he so right about the problems. I use to discuss all the time how stupid it is to have the summer for farming when no kids farm anymore and what a waste of time and money and resources it was to still have it off.
Last he was talking about health care reform, and controling costs. He is exactly right. Just throwing money at healtcare doesn't work unless you control costs.
I love the guy. He is great. I suspect he will shortly end the gay ban in the military. By the end of his second term, there will be health care available for everyone in the country.
You will discover to your sorrow what a light weight he is. So far he goes around where people can see and cheer him. What happens when the economy does not turn around and the good will wears off? That ought to be fun to watch.
The people he has hired for the treasury and to formulate monetary and fiscal policy have proven themselves to be rank amateurs. Just wait. The fun should begin fairly soon. In the mean time, Fearless Leader is getting us into Afghanistan. Talk about a snake pit. Anyone who tries to subdue a Muslim country does not know what he is getting into. You don't subdue Muslims or conquer them. You wipe them out.
Rudyard Kipling once wrote:
When you lay wounded on Afghanistan's plains
And the women come out to cut up the remains
Roll onto your gun and blow out your brains
And go to your God like a soldier.
