Cannibalism has been linked to TSE (mad cow disease).

It might sound gross, but if you think about it, the point is interesting =/ we are a form of evolved animal ourselves y'know ^^; (Or as some people say "Mankind is the only kind of animal to think he's not one" :P )

Gross, I think that the BBQ should be banned for public health reasons (CJD)

If I was to leave all my assets to my wife on the condition that she hopped backwards around a church three times five minutes after the morning service on easter sunday, then I think that most courts would rule that I was barking mad when I wrote the will. Then the will will no longer be valid.

Could the odd nature of the will undermine the will. To write a will you must be mentally fit to write a will. It could be argued that this PETA person did not understand that it is a serious legal document and thus the document might not be valid.

This is hilarious. It has inspired me to write a completely insane list for disposal of my corpse. Thank-you, Ingrid Newkirk, demented PETA woman.

Now explain why is it disgusting, anyone in a precarious situation would kill in order to survive <.< or at least find a way to sustain themselves (foraging or hunting)

When I go, I want to be plastinated, and suspended from the ceiling by all fours.

Meat when cooked is safe to eat though. :> Oh and, that explains why it's dangerous, not why it's disgusting. ~.~

Eating people causes this horrible, deadly disease for this cannibal tribe in Africa. I forgot what they were called, but I saw a thing about it on National Geographic.
Therefore, it is dangerous.

Of course, most people would eat another person if it was absoulutely necessary for survival. But it's not like that happens all the time in the type of society we live in, therefore not a huge point.

It's disgusting because it's taboo. A human is a sentient thing just like your own self. We wouldn't eat animals if they could talk and reason on the level of humans. Have someone cut your dearest relative apart and fry 'em up good and see how disgusting you think that is.

Lastly, look at cannibals in recent history in western culture. They're unbalanced serial killers!

Yeah, TSE. Only the study I read about was in Papua New Guinea, the native people called it kulu or something, and that's how people found out that feeding mashed up animals to their own species was causing mad cow disease, so they banned it, but it still happens sometimes, and it's extremely dangerous and infectious.
