I laughed at this and then felt guilty for laughing at it and thought "Poor kid."

i know it's horrible, but that kinda made me laugh
Prolly 'cause i know the hotel will prolly get it's as$ sued for not being thorough enough in it's cleaning to allow for such a grievous and disgusting thing to happen & especially if it turns out that kid got STDs from the condom

So here is a boy who found a used condom under the bed and said "I think I will eat it"

And that is the hotel's fault?

What if the same boy found a pile of dog s**t in the park and ate it?

Is that the city's fault?

There is an implied warranty that when you purchase a good or a service, that good or service will be fit for the purpose for which you bought it.

When I rent a hotel room, I have a reasonable expectation that it will be clean, and free of obvious hazards left by previous occupants.

Hotel for sure gunna get sued big time.

I was wondering whether the parent was looking for lawsuit. I wouldn't put it past them.

It was the hotel's responsibility to CLEAN the room before the next set of guests arrived. Something they which they did not do which should have been obvious since there were no towels or soap to begin with.

If the condom was planted, I'd say the family needs to be taken outside and shot. If not, either way they have issues if they intended for this sick incident to happen.


I also wouldn't put it past the hotel, though. During one vacation, my family ended up staying in a Hilton, due to incompetence on the part of the traveling agency who put us in a room at a grungy hooker hotspot after promising us a more higher end place. The Hilton chain might be classy, but there's no class in the way that the maids went through our bags and stealing much needed medications and checks while we were enjoying our day in Disneyland. Only thing that the hotel management would do was give us free breakfast for the remainder of our stay.

Where was this kids parents?
They should of looked over the place.

OMG, ew poor little guy. I shouldn't be amused at this, but as I read I could not help but feel that way.
