I've been stopped by police - for wearing a beanie. Clearly the cop in question has certain prejudices.
There was some kind of "party" several years ago for senior staff, and it was revealed a video of a prostitute committing bestiality was played and laughed at by several male staff, despite female staff feeling offended.
But generally, the majority of our cops are OK, and I have sympathy for them after several high-profile deaths (related to organized crime and drug inquiries).
The ones with the worst common sense seem to be our politicians: The core of the National Party, the Act Party, a few of the old guard for Labour, and possibly Hone Harawira and John Banks. Also Don Brash, Chris Carter, and Michael Laws.
