Yes I do,3 -mile island,Chernobyl,the tsunami in Japan.
The one near me got a fine awhile back for some sort of overheating violation.
The people operating them are imperfect beings so mistakes can and will be made to the detriment of all.
In all the cases mentioned the greatest danger came from mismanagement, not the nuclear technology per se.
In any case the newest designs are far safer than the ones that went haywire because of incompetent management and maintenance.
As far as underground nuclear explosions go, the leakage of radioactive material is barely detectable. Not to worry.
If above ground tests didn't kill us, surely below ground tests will not.
