Actually, since the Neanderthal genome has been decoded, we can tell that that tiny amount of our DNA can in fact be traced back to Neanderthals. No need for Cylons. Beside, aren't Cylons machines that replaced reptiles?

See the remake of Battlestar Gallactical. The Cylons went organic. And some can mate with humans and produce viable and fertile offspring. According to the Canon the Cylons and Colonials landed on this planet about 165,000 years and were able to mate with the humans that evolved naturally on this planet.

What if they shoot him down? Some one with an itchy missile button fingers could eliminate Santa entirely.

Good point. In N. Korea, only Dear Leader is allowed to drive the sleigh.

For those of who still might be worried, don't be :)

what it adds up is stoner-hippies (A small minority) of people trying to sell goods and merchandise, trying to scare the general populace into believing what they do. It's sort of like a "suffer as we suffer" thing, plus a "GIMME YOUR MONEY! NAOW!" thing, added with bits of paranoia, schizophrenia, somewhat believable physics and claims (Which fall apart if you have half a brain) added with a media frenzy from a movie (The media doesn't even believe itself XD). These circumstances form a perfect storm that they think will make people somehow think "I've gotta sell all my stuff and go to France, Turkey, or Serbia (Again, stupid)" because as they say, just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not real
