Can we start requiring I.Q. Test results before selling lottery tickets?

I hope their neighbors sue them for what is left of their winnings; they could have set many houses on fire.

What do need a lawyer for? They blew up their house, it's their fault. Unless they are going to be stupid enough to sue someone over it, then they don't need a lawyer.

Then again, if they are stupid enough to blow up their own house, they might be stupid enough to sue.

Arn't there legal issues with blowing up a house? The one guy went to jail. I bet the insurance will try to get out of this, theres another trip to court.
