She can still bully but remove the posts after the people she's bullying have read them. I doubt the probation officer is going to be logged onto this girl's facebook account 24/7

"Bully of All Bullies"? That seems a bit hyperbolic, I was at least expecting an epic serial troll or something rather than a run of the mill female bully who just happened to post one incident to Facebook. That, or some sort of vigilante Dexter bully that only bullied other bullies, which would have been interesting.

I found this part hilarious:

"The judge called her actions a vicious, orchestrated attack, but said he weighed that with the benefits of the young offender being able to stay in touch with her community via social media."

Why is it so important to have a facebook account? I hate it when the perpetrator gets undue sympathy. If you want to have sympathy for a bully,, hold them accountable. Then they might learn.

And facebook is at fault here too for not self-policing against cyber bullies.

What we need to do is charge a more serious criminal charge when people "Post Crimes". First off what kind of degenerate posts an assault?

Put the girl in prison, and she will post nothing on facebook...or endanger he local community either. If she's so far gone that she posts a film of herself assaulting another girl...well then probation will do nothing. Prison would have been more motivational on her and others who do this.

Sentences in crimes often increase when a weapons used, we should do likewise when people post assaults/crimes.
