if it weren't for my religious faith, I would be devastated now. as it is I firmly believe justice in this case will happen in a higher court beyond the limitations of human pettiness.

They obviously found that the evidence pointed to the officer defending himself. It started when he stopped them from walking in the middle of a road.

So, what's your problem?

Unarmed means nothing. If I went for an officer's weapon (which they say is what happened), I expect to get shot. If I physically attack an officer, I expect to get shot.

you won't get it so I will not further waste my efforts in your direction. unarmed means nothing to you.

So there it is.
No indictment.
What will be the response from the public?
I suspect violence will occur.
Interesting times ahead.....

See my edit.

Unarmed doesn't mean you aren't dangerous.

when your hands are raised up in the air, how is that dangerous? in any case, that police department is not a paragon of professionalism, IMHO, IOW a competent police officer should not have to empty their pistol into an UNARMED MAN.

They said he wasn't surrendering when he was shot. Rather, he was charging the officer.

Again, this is with all the evidence provided to the grand jury. Some accounts from witnesses confirmed the officer's account, as did the physical evidence. Whilst some witness accounts didn't confirm it.

Which one do you go with? The one with the most evidence.

He had to empty the pistol because it wasn't having an effect. Only the fatal head shot stopped Brown. Guns aren't magic death rays.

The grand jury (you know, regular people) thought Brown is the one who'll be met with questions if you believe.

Well, if Anonymous can hack the KKK after they had threatened violence against the Ferguson protestors, I imagine it shouldn't be that tough for them to do the same to the Ferguson PD and DA office.

I just can't understand, how can so many people refuse to entertain the possibility that it could happen to them as well? [IOW getting cop-shot while being workingclass/poor]. the pious hypocrisy is staggering.
this kind of injustice could happen to ANY of the 99% but especially if one is the wrong color or social class. there but for the grace of god go i.

I imagine because too many whites are convinced that blacks who get shot by the police always have it coming.

I believe this is gonna have repercussions far down the line, straight to the white house. and I'm very disappointed [but not surprised] by #43's mealy-mouthed response to it. I wonder what "anonymous" can do about all this?
