He never intended to shoot the caregiver, he was just a poor shot and failed in his intention of kiling the young man sitting and rocking/stimming (me too when authority figures are yelling) while pushing his toy truck back and forth on the ground?
Evidence, please?
Dude
Thats what the OP is asking you (anyone).
Actually the OP is asking if the OP understands properly what the policeman's story is- which even if true is rather damning of the policeman ( Im sorry. I was aiming for one innocent guy and I accidently hit the other innocent guy by mistake!).
And (as I understand it) that IS the policeman's "alibi" (if you can call it that).
I will admit to a touch of sarcasm in the question (at least i thought so), but nevertheless it is a serious question. When the first response is gunfire, there is a problem. And when even the officers supervisor is suspended for and i quote "for giving conflicting reports", i have to wonder why? But mostly i am just sad and disgusted that our poorly paid and inadequately trained public servants are the only choice to deal with the mentally disabled (and i count myself). I'm signing off now as i am frustrated and not sure i am correctly communicating.
