That does look like a fun weapon for the range, but it's obviously a poor choice for self defense.
If nothing else, it's not suitable for concealed carry.

Good luck getting permission to unleash that at any shooting range I've been on.

Is that a flame thrower in your pocket or you just happy to see me?

17 years of hacking = I can be plenty scary without guns.

Admitting to being a criminal?
That's what the kind of hacking your probably talking about is, a crime.
Just sayin...

Things would go there anyway.

I think it should be taught in public schools for about 2 hours or so per year starting in kindergarten with the complexity increasing with the age of the students (i.e. avoidance taught at the lower levels).

Brass tacks, if you don't have that training I'd happily confiscate your gun if I decided that would help anybody.
How? Be specific please.

Places where guns are allowed is just like being in a PVP zone in Runescape. You know what's coming and it's your fault for not preparing. But it's YOUR right and YOUR responsibility to be prepared and armed. If the government takes this right and responsibility away from individuals then what else do they have the right to take and to what magnitude? I think this is an argument worth thinking on. Furthermore, all beings have the right to self-defense and self-determination. If granny has a deagle to protect herself from hoods, then so be it. What really matters is proper gun safety and handling training, mental health screenings, probational periods, and other functions which should all be handled at a municipal level by a consortium of sincerely concerned and directly impacted citizens and not by some far off and omnipotent bureaucracy.
