Pretty well every country with universal healthcare has better healthcare than the USA at a lower price per capita. America spends the most money on healthcare, but since such a large chunk goes to middleman insurance companies, on average people receive worse care. Those that can afford to pay $$$ can receive top notch world class care, but everyone else? Nope, f**k 'em.
Almost zero businesses have closed anywhere minimum wage has gone up to $15/hr because of labour cost increases. This is BS propaganda by people who simply don't want to pay higher wages, not by small businesses with razor thin margins who cannot pay $15/hr.
Big business won't go overseas unless they have financial incentives to do so, regardless of the government in power.
No one's going to jail for throwing out recycling.
At worst they might get sentenced to community service sorting recycling.

even sh***y healthcare is better than NONE AT ALL. of course the middle class here in amuuuurica doesn't want the working class to have even sh***y healthcare. we are disposable useless eaters in their eyes, the middle class consider us to be "lazy degenerates." so many smugly arrogant self-righteous bourgeoisie with their cushy high-paying jobs that fell into their laps because they knew the right people in the social networking whirl. the people who were born on third base and thought they hit a triple.

Why is it you think people who work their asses off 40-60 hours a week want no health care at all? Middle income people aren't the elite who have stuff fall in their lap. Millions work very hard for what they have and live paycheck to paycheck. All they are asking for is more affordable more comprehensive health insurance.
