There was actually a film where this one man lived in his ex girlfriend's house for a while in a ceiling and he was stalking her and her daughter. None of them knew he was there but couldn't understand the strange stuff happening in their home and how the ex kept finding them in public.

At my last duty station, two men kept their under-aged civilian girlfriends in their on-base quarters for over a week because the girls were quiet and the quarters had microwaves, refrigerators, and bathrooms.  It was only when a 'surprise' inspection occurred that the girls were discovered.

Paedos are almost always ugly (stereotyping - sorry ugly innocent ppl...)

They can't get gfs (bfs etc) their own age so they manipulate/abuse kids.

The girl lied and said she was 18 so there's no evidence he was initially seeking sex with her because he was a pedophile.

However, once he decided to stay Its likely he was having sex with the girl every day/night for more than a month. So he committed statutory rape of a minor 15-17 yrs old. She was probably feeding him as well.

Girls between 15-16 yrs of age can be physically like adult women. I imagine the dude was sex-depraved and opportunistic rather than a pedophile but there's no picture of the girl so it's hard to say.

Actually pedophiles are driven by a compulsive urge that has nothing to do with how attractive they are. They are unable to curb their urges which is why they pose such a danger.

I think this dude is just an ugly opportunist who took advantage of a teenage girl's naivety.
