The flu killed tens millions of people in 2018. How insistent were you that people wear masks then?
I'm all for wearing masks. But the issue is even with 80 million people dying of the flu in just the US alone most people didn't come anywhere remotely close to insisting everyone should wear a mask.
Why not?
Where did you get these numbers from?
Quote:
The overall burden of influenza for the 2017-2018 season was an estimated 45 million influenza illnesses, 21 million influenza-associated medical visits, 810,000 influenza-related hospitalizations, and 61,000 influenza-associated deaths.
https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/2017-2018.htmCould you please link your sources when you provide statistics? Otherwise I might start believing you're conciously spreading misinformation - and that would be a serious transgression.
