this is turning into the most bizzare suicide of all time,probably just a suicide but the most bizzare at that.the bureau of prison cant even establish the most basic of facts

Cause it's so easy to break a neck by kneeling down...

It's interesting that when criminals were hanged, they didn't always break their necks. The hope was that the drop would break the neck and sever the spinal column, making death quick. If the neck didn't break, they could dangle for a long time waiting to die.
