I agree. I did spend much of my life thinking that other people are as committed to truth telling as I am and would never lie. I have since found out that most NTs lie all the time. Then I realized that the "knowledge" I have from the outside has to all be taken with a grain of salt.
Spending some time in third world countries and in the neighborhoods here, I have realized there is a lot of routine lying. It is a cultural thing. If it isn't your business, I just going to lie and give you the answer you want to hear. It took me a while to adjust to it.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if someone "suicided" him. At the same time, it is entirely reasonable, based on what I know about jails, that it was suicide.
