It's funny how this thread has turned from satire into "this rioter got caught, another one got caught" and talking about them.

aside from the other feelings this movement engenders in me [like sheer indignation, incredulity], the topmost one is just sadness.

They knew that they were committing a felony when they broke in.
They took and posed for pictures and videos.
Even those intelligent enough to keep their Covid masks on MUST have known that they were leaving fingerprints EVERYWHERE.
So now, they are extremely unhappy that they are being tracked down, found, and arrested.
Did they really believe that they were going to go back home and back to their everyday lives?
As if they had not attacked and vandalized the Capitol of our nation?
Someone, please explain their logic to me.

They didn't think they were doing any felony. They thought they were patriots because they believed the lies by trump about the election being stolen. Now they are surprised they are being labeled as terrorists and being arrested and some of them were not even allowed to board their plane because they got caught.

But even after the arrests, they will still see themselves as the victim and think the left had taken over the government. Well they can use their own logic and move to another country like move to Poland where LGBT is oppressed or move to Japan where it's illegal to be trans. They are so privileged they have the money to move out. But with a criminal record now, let's see if they can still move out.

The right really do think our country is in trouble and doomed. Let them be scared of woke.

My favourite has to be that phony "shaman" guy. He was dressed in what I'd best describe as a bad Kratos cosplay, except he couldn't go all the way and shave his head. Like bruh, if you're going to make a statement you might as well commit. :roll:

He did make a statement, when he was chanting on the dias he also wrote a death threat to Mike Pence. Threatening to kill the vice president is a sure way to find yourself in jail. Angeli can entertain the "boys" in prison with his topless performance,
