Mike Lindell Says Vendors 'Calling Me Up' as MyPillow Faces Financial Ruin
By Ewan Palmer, On 9/29/23 at 7:38 AM EDT
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has said that he has had to reassure vendors repeatedly that his company is not on the verge of collapsing because of pending lawsuits, financial issues and his credit line decreasing.
Lindell, one of the most prominent pushers of 2020 election conspiracy theories, said vendors are very nervous after Fox News settled with Dominion Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million in April. The network had repeated false claims that the company helped rig the 2020 presidential election in favor of President Joe Biden against Donald Trump using fraudulent voting machines.
Lindell is also the subject of a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting System for falsely accusing the company of rigging the election. Speaking to Alex Jones' InfoWars show, Lindell accused Fox News of doing a dirty deal with Dominion. The CEO also said they told a lie about the $5 million he was ordered to pay in April to a consultant cyber forensics expert who was able to prove Lindell's data that China helped rig the 2020 election for Biden was not valid.
". . . on Friday, Fox News fires Tucker Carlson. When that happened, I had vendors get very nervous and banks get very nervous about MyPillow. . ."

Fast forward; my pillow is out of business, mike pillow is broke & lucky if he doesn't go to jail over this stuff. Not sure how it works if you can't pay all your fines/restitution etc.. maybe they take all his money And his freedom to top things off ? In any event, it's going to be similar to the trump show only with a lot less attention. He'll b***h and moan and then fizzle out all in due time. trump's just going to b***h and moan louder and try to go out with a (stochastic terrorism) bang that everyone watches vs. just fizzle out into obscurity like mike pillow.

No for supporting trump. Because doing so is deplorable.
My guess is that he can try to sell his pillows and bed sheets in jail. Unfortunately, fellow prisoners might take his commercials in a new direction. They might try to see if his bed sheets are strong enough to escape with.
Mike Lindell's Bad Week Just Got Worse
By Matthew Impelli On 2023-10-05 at 3:17 PM EDT
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell received more bad news on Thursday when members of his legal team were granted their request to withdraw from his case with Dominion Voting Systems for failure to pay his bills.
The firm of Parker Daniels Kibort LLC (collectively PDK) was representing Lindell in the lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems after he claimed that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen through the use of Dominion voting machines.
"We haven't been able to pay them [lawyers] for the past couple of months...," he said. "... they need to get paid and if there's no money to pay them, they can't keep going."
Responding to the motion, U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols wrote: "The Court, after reviewing the memoranda, declaration, and all other related papers, finds that the moving parties have shown good cause exists for withdrawal, that withdrawal would not result in delay to the trial date or unfair prejudice to the parties. Accordingly, Parker Daniels Kibort LLC's and Lewin & Lewin, LLP's Motions to Withdraw as Counsel are hereby GRANTED."

Mike Lindell Representing Himself in Court Could Spectacularly Backfire
By Sean O'Driscoll, On 10/16/23 at 1:28 PM EDT
Mike Lindell's decision to represent himself in a multimillion-dollar defamation suit is a big mistake and could cost him dearly.
The Trump supporter and businessman, who is struggling financially amid a sea of legal troubles, is set to defend himself in the lawsuit taken by the companies that supplied the voting machines for the 2020 presidential election.
His long-term lawyers, Parker Daniels Kibort, withdrew from the defamation cases brought by Dominion Voting Systems, its competitor Smartmatic, and Eric Coomer, a former Dominion employee whom Lindell publicly accused of rigging the election. Parker Daniels said it was owed millions of dollars by the businessman, as reported by The New York Times.
Lindell is making a mistake. He's not a lawyer and has never tried a case. Dominion's attorneys are going to run circles around him. Adding the fact that he has no filter and isn't careful about what he says, which got him here in the first place, he's likely to turn off the judge and jury. This all has the makings of a large judgement against Lindell.

MyPillow, owned by election denier Mike Lindell, formally evicted from Minnesota warehouse
Updated 5:50 AM GMT+8, March 28, 2024
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- A court ordered the eviction Wednesday of MyPillow from a suburban Minneapolis warehouse that it formerly used. Lindell confirmed Wednesday that MyPillow owes around $217,000 to Delaware-based First Industrial LP for rent for the facility in Shakopee. Lindell faced a setback last month when a federal judge affirmed a $5 million arbitration award in favor of a software engineer who challenged data that Lindell said proves China interfered in the 2020 U.S. presidential election and tipped the outcome to Joe Biden. Lindell acknowledged in January that Fox News stopped running MyPillow commercials amid a billing dispute.
Lindell, who continues to propagate former President Donald Trump’s lies that the 2020 election was stolen from him, in part by rigged voting machine systems, still faces defamation lawsuits by two voting machine companies. Lawyers who were originally defending him in those cases quit over unpaid bills.

Mike Lindell's New MyPillow Price Sparks 'Nazi' Claims
Published Sep 23, 2024 at 9:05 AM EDT / Updated Sep 23, 2024 at 1:18 PM EDT
Mike Lindell, the founder and CEO of MyPillow, has been accused of marking some products down to a price that mirrors a neo-Nazi slogan. MyPillow posted an advertisement that their "Standard Classic MyPillow" was being marked down to $14.88.
This specific price of $14.88 raised eyebrows as it is affiliated with white supremacists and online neo-Nazi groups. The number 14 refers to the "14-word slogan": "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children." Nazi insiders who wish to refer back to this slogan do so by citing the number 14. The number 88 is used in white supremacist circles as shorthand for Heil Hitler. The letter H is the eighth letter of the alphabet, so two Hs together are "Heil Hitler" to Nazi insiders.

Selling pillows to the Nazis has to be the lowest he has sunk so far.
