Sad thing. Hopefully the social nets can be strengtened in all countries that are able to do so to all people. Why the poor has to suffer?

People with "smarts" know just how to milk the system to get all kinds of perks but as others have mentioned we don't know the full story.

Perhaps he was Autistic or had Alzheimer's or perhaps he just wasn't very bright or couldn't read or didn't speak English.
Perhaps he was depressed or mentally ill. Or perhaps he was just too proud or ashamed to ask for help.
