there actualy is 3 thousand tons of raw mercury in the north sea off the norwegian coast.could be a real problem some day.so far its in heavy drums inside a 40's era U boat and has leaked very little.as for the baltic sea thing,if it was a real ufo russia would have destroyed it years ago
