alright, this is just ridiculous
I think that would be an idiotic investment in your money. The only way I'd buy it for $40,000 is if I was sure I was going to die the next day and I was a total PS addict and totally in love with the system. Otherwise, I'll just wait for the demand to go down and then I'll have a much better deal. You can do so much more with $40,000 than only buying a PS3 anyways; like buying groceries, paying bills, paying off a car, going on vacations...Who'd buy a PS3 when someone can do all that plus more! lol

the extremely wealthy elite. who in this country don't hesitate to throw down 40 g's on a brand new luxury vehicle.
and hey, after all, if it means spending less time with your ungrateful, spoiled, little spawn, then what IS 40 thousand dollars...really?! !
this way, your devil-spawn will have a 'nanny' and be less troublesome for you around the holidays.
people CAN afford those gifts. the reason the bids get so high is because after a certain number (max) amount of units are produced for an item, they are no longer available for sale. so, if people want something soooo badly and can afford it, then let the bidding wars begin!!
wouldn't it be nice?!
