romyan is promulgating a morally indefensible notion, that it is perfectly ok to dun other medical customers in a backdoor charity scheme with not an ounce of real charity in it, while impoverishing for life the bulk of working class sick people, with many to end up in modern-day debtor's prisons, to rot for life as they have a snowball's chance in hell of paying anything while stuck behind bars and unable to continue their jobs.

To understand the republican thought process you have to understand that for these people that anything or any solution that does not involve benefiting corporations and wealthy people is considered "socialism".
